IT is such an IMPORTANT topic…so let’s continue on ABANDONMENT
In a previous post(s) I talked about how Abandonment might look like in relationships (both in intimate & friendships)…CHECK IT OUT!
Abandonment looks like in CHILDHOOD:
Not attending to the basic needs, such as
👉food, shelter, cloths, safety, protection
👉listening, being heard, communication, constructive feedbacks, guidance, answering questions
👉 touch, connection, acceptance, helping to process emotions
👉lack of respect, lack of love
This can lead to not feeling
♦️loved,
♦️belonging,
♦️welcomed,
♦️good enough,
♦️worthy of love (attention, connection),
♦️not deserving
♦️something is wrong with me….AND
👉This feelings & thoughts & conclusions most likely LEAD (as and ADULT) to ♥️low self-esteem, ♥️confusion, ♥️feeling lost, ♥️not wanted, ♥️not desired, ♥️not attractive enough, ♥️different, ♥️depressed, ♥️emotionally messy, ♥️no sense of living…
